Our refund policy is tiered based on when you cancel. You receive a 90% refund if canceled 7 or more days before arrival, and a 50% refund if canceled 3 to 6 days before. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled travel date (or no-shows) are strictly non-refundable
